Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Please read our return policy to ensure the item is returnable. We offer the following options for returns.

How do I return items?
  • Use the form to find your order on the Returns Page.
  • Find your Order number and fill in the required information on the form.
  • Supply a reason for the return, if none of the pre-defined reasons are applicable, describe your return/refund in the comment box.
  • Return/Refunds takes 3-5 days to process.
What items are returnable?
  • The item must be within 7 Days from the purchase date.
  • The item must be in unused and resellable condition
  • The item must be in it’s original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Eddy2Race Retail store can accept and process returns and refunds.
What items are non-refundable / non-refundable?
  • Gift cards or coupons (Including loyalty points).
  • Items that can not be repacked and sealed to be sold again.
  • Electrical, ignition, discontinued, and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable.
  • There are no refunds or returns on clearance and closeout items.
Used or Damage Items
  • Any items which have been “taken out for a ride” or installed are considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet indoors before heading out on the bike. Please read the labels of the items to ensure fitment before using or installing.
  • Any items or parts which show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
The item I received is damaged.

If the item has been received in a damaged or faulty condition, ensure to contact us within 7 days of the purchase date.

Can items be exchanged?

Items can not be exchanged directly, open an enquiry or call us for further assistance.

What are the refund options available?

Refunds will only be processed on receipt of the part in the condition you received it in, ensure to see what items are refundable, If an item is found to meet the return criteria a refund can be processed to the original payment method.

I received the wrong item.

Eddy2Race will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. Eddy2Race will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products

Any products returned for refund or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning the installation of any model-specific part.

We accept returns on original equipment (OEM) parts within 7 days of date of purchase. All OEM parts must remain in their original wrapper or box affixed with the label. The packages must be free of writings or markings. Items returned that do not include the original packaging, and the original part number label will not be accepted. Electrical, ignition, discontinued, and non-stocking special order parts are not returnable.

Warranty evaluation

Please call Eddy2Race customer service at 021 949 8919 before returning a part for a warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Eddy2Race customer service representative. If Eddy2Race accepts the warranty shipment, Eddy2Race will submit your product to the manufacturer for evaluation. The product manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for a warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Package or Bundle deal refunds / returns.

If you return any item from a package or bundle deal for a refund, the items that are not returned from the package or bundle deal revert to regular pricing; the customer will receive a refund of the remainder after recalculated pricing reflects the original pricing of the package deal contents. Eddy2Race reserves the right to supply a new invoice and release items only once the difference has been settled from either party.

Warranties

Customer understands that Eddy2Race is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Eddy2Race. All products are sold AS-IS. In purchasing the products, the customer is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Eddy2Race. EDDY2RACE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF EDDY2RACE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF ANY.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eddy2Race and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from customer’s (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on Eddy2Race’s Web Site and Mobile Applications, through the Eddy2Race’s Retail store or through Eddy2Race’s call center. Eddy2Race reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with Eddy2Race in asserting any available defences.

Any action relating to the use of the Web Site and the Mobile Applications, catalogs or any transaction with Eddy2Race must be brought in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL EDDY2RACE OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF EDDY2RACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EDDY2RACE LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEITHER EDDY2RACE NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, NEITHER EDDY2RACE NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE RAND AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Eddy2Race will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
